Content and story support

Give complex material a clearer story before design takes over.

Organize, prioritize and sequence presentation content so the visual work starts from a message the audience can follow.

Who this is for

A useful fit when the situation looks like this.

  • Teams with valuable material spread across documents, notes or long drafts
  • Presentations that need a clearer message and sequence before visual design
  • Design or redesign projects where content organization is part of the challenge

The problem it helps solve

Good material can still be difficult to use.

Too many ideas compete for attention

The audience, central message or next step is not visible enough

The material is accurate but not yet organized for a presentation

What I can help with

Support shaped around the starting material.

  • Content audit and organization
  • Message hierarchy and narrative flow
  • Slide-by-slide content planning
  • Collaboration with presentation design or redesign

Possible outcomes

What the work may include.

  • Presentation narrative structure
  • Content outline or slide sequence
  • Organized source material for design
  • Designed presentation when combined with a design scope

The exact combination depends on the material, audience and agreed scope.

Level of support

The right level depends on where the project stands.

We look at the state of the material, content clarity, structural needs, design depth and whether a reusable system is part of the goal.

Content support

Structure & design

For existing material that needs to be organized, simplified and shaped into a coherent visual narrative.

Process

A clear process, with room to adapt.

Timing, review rounds and deliverables are adjusted to what the work actually needs.

01

Discovery

We review the audience, objective, available material and the decisions the presentation needs to support. Once the scope is approved, a 50% deposit starts the project.

02

Content direction

I identify the central message, priorities and narrative direction before defining the slide sequence.

03

Structure & refinement

The material is organized, simplified and refined into an outline or slide-by-slide structure that the audience can follow.

04

Delivery & handoff

After final approval and the remaining 50% balance, I deliver the agreed content structure, outline or presentation materials. Visual design and editable deck files are included only when they form part of the approved scope.

FAQ

Useful questions before getting started.

Can content support be hired with presentation design?

Yes. It is a transversal capability that can be combined with a new presentation or a redesign when the material needs deeper organization.

Do I need a finished script before we begin?

No. Share the strongest available material and context. The starting point helps determine the appropriate content scope.

Does this include writing every claim from scratch?

The service focuses on organizing and clarifying client-provided knowledge. Original research, regulated claims and specialist advice remain outside the scope unless separately agreed with the right expertise.

What if I only need visual design?

If the content is already approved and coherent, design refinement may be the more appropriate level of support.

Next step

Share where the project is now.

You do not need to define the complete scope before getting in touch. A few details about the audience, material and goal are enough to begin.
