Catching up to AI
20-slide conference presentation
Project Snapshot
Complex technology, made easier to follow.
The project started with a dense mix of AI history, compute, infrastructure, data, and ideas about the changing nature of work. The challenge was to turn that material into a talk an informed audience could follow in real time without stripping away the technical depth.
The final deck gives the speaker a clearer path through the subject, with stronger sequencing, more deliberate pacing, and visual cues that help each idea land before the next one begins.

The Challenge
Simplifying advanced ideas without flattening them.
Technical density
The material moved across models, compute, infrastructure, data, and economics, with each idea carrying its own terminology and context.
A live audience
Slides needed to support an informed speaker and knowledgeable audience while remaining legible at presentation pace.
Clarity with depth
The story had to feel simpler and more coherent without removing the nuance that made the subject valuable.
Design Approach
Designed for the way the talk unfolds.
One clear idea at a time
Each slide gives the audience a clear point to absorb before the story moves forward.
Layouts that fit the argument
Timelines, comparisons, charts, and concept slides use structures suited to what each idea needs to communicate.
Contrast that guides attention
Lime accents and controlled tonal shifts help signal what matters without turning every element into a highlight.
Pacing through variation
Dense analytical moments alternate with more open compositions so the presentation has room to breathe.
A consistent visual language
Shared typography, spacing, geometry, and imagery keep a wide-ranging technical story feeling connected.

Outcome
Technical depth, with a clearer path through it.
The final deck gives the speaker a more deliberate sequence, stronger visual cues, and enough variation to keep an informed audience oriented from one section to the next. The subject stays substantial, but the presentation becomes easier to follow in real time.
