Real Estate & Investment · Presentation Redesign
Redevelopment Investment
20-slide investment presentation
Project Snapshot
An investment memo built for faster evaluation.
The source material combined property context, market data, financial assumptions, tenant information, and redevelopment potential in a single investment memo. Each part mattered, but the volume and variety made the most important signals slower to find.
The redesign reorganized that material into a 20-slide presentation with clearer priorities, more consistent comparisons, and a visual language that retained the established blue-and-orange identity while making dense pages easier to scan.

The Challenge
Making an investment memo quicker to evaluate.
Density without overload
Many pages needed to hold property facts, financial assumptions, and strategic context without making the central takeaway difficult to locate.
Many forms of evidence
Tables, maps, market rankings, tenant profiles, comparisons, and financial scenarios all required structures suited to the way each kind of information is read.
Familiar, but more focused
The redesign needed to preserve the established blue-and-orange identity while using color and hierarchy more deliberately for investment review.
Design Approach
Built to make detailed investment information easier to assess.
Decision-first pages
Each layout establishes the figure, comparison, or implication an evaluator should notice first.
Scannable numbers
Financial values and property metrics use consistent scale, spacing, and labels so they can be compared quickly.
Structured comparisons
Tables, market indicators, and scenarios are grouped into repeatable patterns that reduce visual friction.
Brand continuity
The existing blue-and-orange palette remains recognizable while taking on clearer functional roles across the deck.
Controlled pacing
Dense analytical pages alternate with focused summaries and photographic transitions to give the memo a more measured rhythm.
Selected Slides

Outcome
A more readable case for the opportunity.
The redesigned presentation makes key figures, property context, market evidence, and financial scenarios easier to distinguish at a glance. A more deliberate sequence and consistent use of the existing palette help the memo feel cohesive while preserving the depth needed for investment review.
Client perspective
